About Us

Luzali Holdings have been providing ISD Services since year 2011. Our services are an intergral part of any project on the Institutional, Social, Economic Development aspect and activities.

Luzali Holdings spearheads the Stakeholder engagements on all fronts and spheres of the targeted project; from project inception to completion. As ISD Services provider we prioritize customer requirements and satisfaction. Development projects are dynamic, our vast experience qualifies us for victory in all given situations.

Luzali Holding's vast experience in stakeholder management is mostly on construction projects in South Africa. These include the construction of bulk infrastructures for water & sanitation(reservoirs, pumps stations, treatment plants, bulk and retiulation pipelines etc.). Also; construction of other structures i.e. schools, housing, toilets, creches, halls, roads, bridges, sports facilities etc.
We are actively involved in sourcing of local resources as part of Project/Contractor support, i.e.local contractors, local labour and other required resources.

Luzali holdings has a team of experienced and well seasoned Facilitators, who are committed to successful stakeholder engagements and practical solutions for project dynamics of all kinds within the construction space particularly. They offer advisory to the Project Steering Committees, in safegarding those potential conflicts and unrests; you name it!

At Feasibility

Luzali Holdings's function include but not limited to community awareness meetings, traditional land and ward boundary verification and confirmation, demographic surveys, foot print investigations, beneficiary profiling(includes GPS coordinates), Land owner engagements and obtaining of PTOs.

Training & Management of the PSC

Luzali Holdings provides Institutional Training for the Project Steering Committee(PSC). The training equips the PSC to work individually and jointly in representing their respective structures in the project. This training is practical and a mostly informed by the years of experience in the field of socal ISD Services or social facilitation.

During Project Monitoring

Ongoing on-site and off-site surport.

Luzali Holdings facilitators are always ready to offer any support to the project & community stakeholders.

Ongoing Project support is vast and dynamic. It icludes, but not limited to PSC & Progress Meetings. Conflict resolution, Unrest resolution, ongoing confirmation of land ownershipon the footprint, facilitaion of land and crop compensations, recruitment of labour & sub contractors - to mention a few.
